Registration Problem

I registered with your site on 14/08/2009 and have twice tried to log on since registering only to be told that I have NOT registered. Twice I have requested username/password to be sent to my registered email address of alba1314@ntlworld.com and each time I have been told it has been sent, however I have NOT received anything fromihav.net in response at all...
I have checked all of my mail settings and they do not indicate that your site is filtered, so can I please request that you send verification that my account with your site has been conirmed as operational.
