    Worth repainting 1999 chevy malibu?

i bought earlier this year, 185k on the engine its all mechanically amazing that i made sure of, however the body was pretty poor, so i did my own derusting , ground away, bondo and then reapainted the areas i worked on, the rust hasnt been coming back and its been about 3 months now i plan on waiting through the winter though. If the rust doesnt come back / ifit does and i fix it more throughly, do you think its worth repainting? I really dont like the spots on my car however unnoticable they are...
