Thread: Replacing deployed airbag '95 Ford F-150?

My uncle has a '95 F-150 that he recently acquired, it was wrecked and fixed on passenger front fender, it needs a drivers airbag. Is there anything i need to know before doing this? He has the steering wheel and airbag assembly to replace it with.

If you do not have experience with airbag systems, please, DO NOT attempt to repair this yourself, one wrong move, and BAM, your new airbag could deploy, causing serious injury. airbags are extremely static sensitive.
