Is It Possible To Replace a 1997 Ford Taurus SHO Dashboard for a 1996 Dashboard?

I just bought a 1997 Ford Taurus SHO, well stupid me, I was thinking the gears lit up on the dash but realized only the 1996 models had that feature. Anyways, I was wondering if it is possible to take out the old dash board in my car and stick in the 1996 dashboard from anouther SHO?

Im very serious about how I would like my car customized. If anybody knows a way how to do this please let me know. It would by far mean alot to me.
