My 95 Chrysler LHS sometimes the transmission doesn't shift.. Why?

when you start the car and drive everything is fine and the transmission shifts smoothly and the car drives like brand new but after 10 or 15 minutes of driving the transmission doesn't shift at all, but when u switch off the car and start it again the transmission will shift normally again... I feel the transmission is fine but I think there's something wrong in somewhere out of the transmission.

There are no warning lights on and everything in the car is perfect.
