First place your truck on level ground facing a garage door or the rear of another car at night or somewhere where you can see the beams on the wall or the bumper approximately 10 feet away , then open your hood and locate Two aluminum Knobs with teeth on them on the housing assembly of your head lights , using a flat head screw driver turn the spindle right or left until the inside of you head lights start to rise from there current position and until you have them both at mid level or at the rear bumper of the other car , that will be the correct adjustment. If for some reason you can't do it your self take it to an auto body shop and they will make the adjustment for you for no more than 20. 00 dollars .
there should be some kind of knob on the back of your headlights that you can turn to adjust them
