got a 1991 chevy k1500 extended cab. i am wondering there is anything that

would look outstanding on it? bought it got 256,000 but engine runs very smooth and shift well. seeing if theres anything on the truck that anyone would know about how to make the thing run like a rock. i kno you dont kno the truck looking for insight. thanks to all.
