Thread: auto mechanics- dodge caravan?

We got our Dodge Caravan used. It's a 2001. The sway bar went a couple time and of course, we had to put a new tranny in it. But we have been putting new rubber grommets on it 3 times in 2008. But do they keep going? Hubby is putting them on himself but they go over 4 months. Are they known to go bad quickly?

the only thing is he cracked the catalytic converter 2 summers ago. Would this affect it.

check it to see if the sway bar is bent or there's any damage under the van from an accident,its not normal to have to replace those that often,they don't cause that many problems unless something is bent or out of place,good luck on it.
