Thread: 80's cadillac deville?

i just want to buy a cadillac a low rider style for 2000 or 2500 and have fun. i just want to listen high base music and jump in the car. just to have fun. i am totaly not a low rider.

i know they are V8 and not so good on gas or am i wrong..? how many miles a gallon can i get with them..

i just want to hear different comments

I owned a 1970 Cadillac Coupe de Ville. Standard engine was a 472 cid gas pig. 10 MPG in town and 12-13 MPG highway.

If you get a car like this toss out the 472 and put in a modern fuel injected 350 and a modern automatic. That will get you more horsepower and up to over 20 MPG.

BTW; good luck finding one for the price you indicated. These things are going up in price.
