I need to find some cheaper auto parts for a 2001 Dodge Ram?

I have a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 extended cab. Thinking about the following things: 17 inch XD series wheels. 2 inch lift (possibly. Not sure yet.). Tinted windows. Paint job. New passenger side fender. Bed liner. Tail gate. Dashboard. Remote and push button start. And a tuner.
I don't really want to spend more than 5K for all of it. Best answer goes to the person who finds me the cheapest Web Site/location of these parts at the cheapest price.
