Does your phone have an MiniSD card? You can remove it and plug it into your PC (you will need a SD card slot adapter). It will work like a flash drive -- all you then need to do is to drag n drop the theme file into the SD card.
Also, you can also Bluetooth it to your phone (if you have a bluetooth support on your PC).
