Yes, but I don't recommend SOLO. I had trouble with them in the past. I'm ROGERS now and still never got the $20.00 SOLO owes me due to a clerical error on their side. I even cancelled my Expressvu because of my experience with BELL & BELL SOLO.... When something goes wrong with solo, It is a nightmare to deal with them.
