there could be an outage in your area....one, take your phone to a tmobile store so they can trouble shoot it...try yourself to shut it off and on, or if you have access to another phone(friend,tmobile store phone,home phone) call customer care so they can see what the problem is. also they can log this as an issue because other people might be having the same issue.
