Why does tmobile text suck so bad?
My text is so delayed and often not sent or received at all. I do all of the troubleshooting steps every day. I have even gotten 2 new phones and a complete new sim card. This has been going on for over a year. Mobile customer service is no help. Is there any help for me. It just seems like I'm in a contract where the provider isn't holding up their end. Is there anyway out without paying a fee?
