I'd like to get a case for my Motorola v3m. I want to keep it in my pocket (no need for belt clip), but I want to prevent it from getting scratched. eBay seems to have quite a few leather, rubber, and plastic cases available (both snap-on and slide-in designs). I would think rubber might fit more closely, which might be nice. The clip on style also allows you to use the keypad without a plastic sheet. What style do you find easier to use? Or should I even bother with a case?
Will the phone even be able to close entirely with a rubber/silicone case? It doesn't look like the phone could close with silicone case around both the keypad and screen when it closes.
