Am I the Only one who has experienced HORRIBLE Verizon Home Customer Service?
OK It all started on May 1st we had an appointment for about 2 months i was so ready to receive the 3 deal. then 10 mins. before they were supposed to arrive they called and cancelled without any explanation.they told me they were gonna come back in a month. (i havent had any cable for about four years and ive never had highspeed internet). so the 31st of may arrives and they finally come.the tech goes through all the rooms and tells me that he thinks its a 2 person job and he has to come back june 8th sometime between 8-12 am. so he finally arrives again at 11:45 and says he cant do it because its too hot outside.(in my mind im thinkin stop bein a little bitch but i didnt say that ) he's SUPPOSED to come back June 11th but im not gettin my hopes up . im goin with comcast.( i hope sum1 from verizon reads this) I HATE VERIZON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
