Probably the case
1. The computer have virus.
2. The modem or network cable is unplugged.
3. The proxy port have lost their information about the ports and its IP address.
4. Some drivers and programs of IE/MF is infected/corrupted/deleted by the virus.
5. Have Kaspersky Antivirus install you will you know more abouti it, you have control over the system movings, have it on the settings.
