verizon dsl, poor customer service?
my dsl stopped working, i called verizon they sent someone out untill 3 days. the tech said the problem was inside. he said they would charge me $90 an hour. he said i didnt have a warranty they offer for $7.00. i called verizon i told them i never knew of any warranty. they said that i had supposebly refused it. ( a lie) then they said we could start u up with that but u need to wait 30 days untill it takes effect. or u could pay 35.99 right, we will send someone tommorrow to fix it, BUT it will be a year contract u would be setting up if u do this. i think this is redicoulous the supervisor also said he cant do nothing about it. now i have been without internet for 1 week. has anyone had similar problems with poor customer service from verizon. i am going to be cancelling this idiots tomorrow. (im using my sisters internet by the way.)
ive called 4 different occasions, they dont seem to reason.
