I don't know how to use that program but you can download Handbrake (that's a really good burning program), with that program you first insert the dvd to the computer then you open Handbrake, click on source you choose the dvd you inserted (if it opens two files (video, audio) you con try by just clicking the dvd and if it do not work you choose VIDEO. Then you click on the video quality you want and the subtitles, lenguage, etc. Then you click on stat and when its done you have the movie saved on your computer with a great quality and you can burn it onto a dvd.
