Just wondering, after a work out, if I put a heat pack over the areas I want to loose weight from, will that help burn my fat cells more? Eg: putting heat pack on stomach after cardio workout
Cardio workout is the best workout routine for the fat burning and weight control.
All the cardio workout burn the fat fast and play an important role in weight management.
You should do the outdoor cardio such as running, swimming, cycling, and jogging etc. for the quick fat burning.
As far as i know cardio exercises are all time best and most effective for weight lossing in short time period.. so i suggest you to try swimming and running.. Both are best
