Will a solar panel that puts out 20.25 volts DC hurt a 12 volt car battery?

So I found a 7x12 inch solar panel that came from a jetski. I hooked it to my multimeter and found that it puts out 20.25 volts and 86 watts. I was thinking about rigging it up to a cigarette lighter adapter so I can just plug it in and leaving it on the front seat of my car during long periods of non-use to trickle charge the car. I just don't know if it could harm the battery or not?

Any help would be great!
Thanks
Sorry, it doesn't put out 86 watts. It 's output is 86 milliamps.

So would it over charge it putting out such a small amount of power?
