why is my jeep having trouble starting?

when I start my 1997 jeep cherokee 4.0L the starter cranks just fine but it now takes a while to start and sometimes bogs before coming to a steady idle. I have replaced my spark plugs, spark plug wires, air filter, oil and added a fuel system cleaner and still no change. Please HELP!!!!!

Check to see if this vehicle has an in line fuel filter, if so it may be restricted. If it does not than you probably have a fuel pump issue.
