Why aren't people in government called "conspiracy theorists" for thinking...

They thought Saddam had WMD but it was a theory that wasn't true, so there for Cheney, Bush, Powell, Rice, all the neo-con Jews from the Office of Special Plans (Wolfowitz, Kristol, Feife ext) and entire Congress who voted for the Iraq war should be called conspiracy theorists.
