Why are my torrents not downloading? No seeds?

I have BitTorrent and everything was working fine. I came back on day and tried to download some torrents. Some of them found the seeders but wern't downloading from then. My firewall is not the issue because, well I entirely disabled the windows and main firewall I have up. Its not Bit Torrent cause I used another torrent program, something that started with a V. Any help?

i personnaly have tried many torrents and prefer utorrent. torrents need seeders to be online when you download, and if there are too many peers online then your dowload may be postponed. also you may want to check your internet connection, and the site of download

uTorrent is much better, if it says there are seeds (and they are online) make sure you have a location to save your files, you might want to double check that as it happened to me once. Torrents i were downloading had seeders but it wouldn't download; I checked the location and tried downloading it and then it worked.
