The power locks on my 2004 Dodge Stratus are not working. Neither the key fob or the switches inside the car are working. My radio, windows and lights work (well, not the dome light, but that may be because I took the bulb out - it went out a few months ago). The key fob also works when I press the panic button and to pop the trunk. When I press the door lock button on the key fob, the horn blows but the locks don't move. When I press the unlock button on the key fob, the headlights flicker (which is normal) but the doors don't unlock. How can I fix this? Is this a fuse or relay problem?
