Which sport bike is the best? Yamaha R6 or Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R?

I'm split between a 2003 R6 and the 2000-2002 zx6r. I currently have a Kawasaki Ninja 250r and I want the nimbleness of the 250r with good acceleration and comfort. Which one is the best sport bike to go on long rides/freeway commute? I'm 5'9 with a 30 inseam in length.

Everyone here is correct so far. The Yamaha has better performance but sport bikes aren't designed for comfort and long rides. They are race bikes. These bikes have a lot more aggressive riding position than your 250R.
