My use of the laptop will be for studying and gaming (like skyrim assassin's creed 3 and such) in my free time, given only these two choices which is better for my use?

Soo as u notice they both have same gpu.. Different memory and processor, which one would perform better for gaming and why, and which would u prefer toshiba or hp and why
