Where can I Buy this T-Shirt from?

I'm from the UK, England to be more specific. I saw someone with a T-Shirt saying "Excuse me while I kiss the sky" I'm pretty sure it was Nike though it could have been Adidas but It is one of these two most likely Nike (Air) T-Shirt. the writing was in bubble writing (3D). The person said it was from foot locker but when I went to the shop (two different ones in my town) They said they haven't seen it.
