What kind of lugs do i need for Crager Keystone rims?

I'm home for break and am trying to get better tires on my truck. Its a Ford Ranger and stock it's supposed to have 14 inch rims. The person who had the truck before me put 16 inch rims and you can feel in the ride that the tires are too big. So I got a set of tires that fit 15 inch rims and bought a set of rims off craigslist. The problem is that they have slightly slotted holes. They are Crager Keystone Uni-lug Rims. I brought them to pepboys and they didnt have anything.
