What kind of car is this in these pictures?

This car is involved in some shootings in Ohio and we are trying to figure out what kind of car this is. Obviously we couldn't get license numbers, so we are asking for your help in identifying the make and model of this car. Notice the car has a sunroof and is light beige (looks silver at night). The driver sometimes drives around at night with his headlights completely off (on some cars you can't turn the headlights off now).
Some other people seem to think it is either 1 of these 4.
