I bought a Vivaz handset online in the end of April 2010. The handset has been having some problems since then and I have already sent it to the SE repair centre 3 times to repair, but the problems are still occurring.
The handset keeps restarting itself and stops responding constantly. In one occasion, it restarted itself 5 times in one night. I cannot keep sending the handset to the SE repair centre all the time. Basically I am not happy and very disappointed with this Vivaz handset, so I need to write to Sony Ericsson to express the problems and to make a formal written complaint.
