What is the best Cellphone plan ?

I want to get a cell phone but i have to pay for it myself.. is there a good plan with:
- unlimited text and minutes on weekends
- and that is very cheap ?!?
Please tell me!! BTW the phone i want is the LG RUMOR 2

they don't have the lg rumor but the cheapest plans under those conditions will either be on Boost Mobile or on Metro PCS. Not the best providers but at least you'll be able to afford them. They are both under 50 a month for all that and unlimited web on Metro PCS.

The cheapest plan you can get on AT&T is 70 a month by yourself. I don't know about Verison or Sprint.

I havent found any really good plans yet but AT&T has some that i havent lookerd at that are similar to that and are sorta cheap!
