I just made a big trade:
I gave up: McNabb, Slaton, and Chris Carr (we are in a PPR-league that rewards heavy for return yards)
I got: Westbrook, Ronnie Brown, and Jake Delhomme.
My team is now (we play 2 RB and 3 WR):
QB: Delhomme
WR: Marshall, Wayne, Colston, D. Stanley (returner for Rams)
RB: Gore, Westbrook, Hightower, R. Brown
TE: Witten
K: Elam
I know Jake is hosting the Lions, but is there a better option for me out there? QB's in the waiver wire include: Hasselbeck, Flacco, Shaun Hill, Pennington, Big Ben, Cassel (already played).
HOWEVER, the guy I am playing this week has Steve Smith, Muhammed (sp?), and D. Williams - the whole freakin' Panthers, basically!
1) Should I keep Delhomme to "off-set" some of the other guys points or should I get another QB?
2) Also, the trade deadline passed and I need a QB to ride through the playoffs. Thigpen clears waivers on Monday. Which QB should I get to try and help my weak QB position?
Thanks a lot!
