Here is the team that will face off against the Chicago Blackhawks alums on Dec. 31 at Busch Stadium.
FORWARDS
Larry Patey (#6), Keith Tkachuk (#7), Dallas Drake (#10), Adam Oates (#12), Brett Hull (#16), Gino Cavallini (#17), Scott Mellanby (#19), Bernie Federko (#24), Peter Stastny (#26), Terry Yake (#27), Kelly Chase (#39), Scott Young (#48), Pierre Turgeon (#77) and Wayne Gretzky (#99).
DEFENSE
Al MacInnis (#2), Bruce Affleck (#4), Barret Jackman (#5), Garth Butcher (#5), Jamie Rivers (#6), Paul Cavallini (#14), Jeff Brown (#21), Bryce Salvador (#27) and Chris Pronger (#44).
GOALTENDERS
Mike Liut (#1), Martin Brodeur (#30), Ed Staniowski (#31) and Chris Mason (#50).
No Curtis Joseph; but*that’s perhaps because he might be involved in the Red Wings-Maple Leafs alumni game the same day.
Gretzky, who was a Blue for 18 regular-season games and 13 playoff games in 1996, had said last month after the Heritage Classic alumni game that that may have been his last one. Guess not, and he’ll be out there along with current Blues employee Brodeur, a veteran of seven games in St. Louis’ net during the 2014-15 season.
After the rosters were announced, Bernie Federko showed off the jersey the alumni will be wearing on Fox Sports Midwest:

NHL As with all of these alumni games, we’ll likely see some additions and drop outs before they drop the puck on New Year’s Eve. Anyone missing from the list you’d like to see?
The Blackhawks will announce their lineup in the “coming days,” according to the NHL.
