(On the website scroll down a bit, so you can see the label; it should say Nutrition Facts in bold letters)

3. How many calories from carbohydrates are in one serving of this food? ________ kcal
Sorry I don't mean to make you work so much, but is it possible if any of you can explain to me how you got your answer. This whole nutrition facts thing is really confusing :/ thanks
