Trying to install Windows 7 from DVD but this keeps poping up?

it will not let me skip this! It says "A required cd/dvd drive device driver is missing. If you have a driver flobby disk, DC, DVD, or USB flash drive, please insert it now.

note: if the windows installation media is in the cd/dvd drive, you can safely remove it for this step.

how do I fix this? what do I do!

It looks like this message might be related to a bad disk, or a bad burn. The software you burn this would have speed compatibility. Try also nero to burn in a speed that is just one level below the default.
Try burning the ISO again in a new dvd. and try . It should work, if all other things are ok
If that fails I would recommend putting the ISO into a USB stick (Using the same ISO tool linked above) and trying the installation from the USB stick use Windows 7 USB DVD Download Tool
