Torrent Uploading Problem?

Whenever Azureus implemented the changes that rendered terrible results within the Meta search, I began using Bittorrent. Anyways, getting to the get-go, I started downloading a (around) 2 GB PC game early this morning. I woke up to it being 75% finished, not downloading, but uploading at around 40-50 KB/s. I have tried everything from allocating download bandwidth high, stopping and starting, restarted Bittorrent, rebooted PC, force started download, re-announced the torrent at http://btreannouncer.net/, I even tried opening it, because it obviously looks like it's just seeding, but WinRAR found an "unexpected end of archive" haha. So does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

I also disabled Windows Firewall only to yield a download speed of 0.2 KB/s for about 10 seconds.
