Ive tried everything, changing my DL speeds, everything in the settings like max speeds etc are at 999, i was using BitTorrent, just downloaded uTorrent, same thing, getting between 5-30kb/s. Nothing online that I could find his helping. Also, when I start (Say pause and play) it gets up to 800kb/s for about a minute then drops back down to the same. It was fine a few days ago, 800+kb/s. Now, its just utter sh*t. Any help is appreciated.
And, I heard somewhere that it was just after a windows update, which could make sence because I have my PC on auto-update, and I think it updated a little bit ago.
