A student died during protests in the Senegalese city of Saint-Louis, the interior ministry said on Saturday, becoming the first person killed in unrest that broke out after a presidential election planned for this month was pushed back to the end of the year. Alpha Yero Tounkara died amid protests on a university campus in the northern city on Friday, the ministry confirmed in a statement.It said that his death would be investigated, but denied its forces were to blame."The Defence and Security
