I have Sony Ericsson Xperia Active, Sony Ericsson Live with Walkman and HTC Explorer containing Google Android OS.
Sony Ericsson Xperia Active: 2.3
Sony Ericsson Live with Walkman: 2.3
HTC Explorer: 2.3

For the Sony Ericsson phones mentioned above:
If you will please look at this video you will notice the difference in the looks. How did he get the looks? I believe it is 4.0.4 and I don't want fake looks or fake ones. I want ICS. I heard that it is possible to upgrade to ICS not some looks like from Cyanogen Mod in HTC Explorer. I would like that circle app icon and looks like Samsung Galaxy Nexus.

And how to remove the curves on both the Sony Ericsson Xperia mentioned above. I think that it is Timescape. How do I remove it?

And for the HTC Explorer:

Look at the HTC Explorer, not the Samsyng Galaxy Y. How do I get the icons in the at the bottom(the phone, the face, the 4-squared app icon, the speech bubble, the planet icon)?

Look at the picture please.

How do I remove these 5 apps(Messages, Music, Camera, Internet and Market) placed vertically on the left?

I know it is too much but I am new to all this and I am trying to figure it out to make it look exactly the way I want it to be.
If you help me, I would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much. :)
