should i bring my portable dvd player on the plane?

i've had it for a few years and i bring it on every flight but then i never end up watching a movie cuz i end up just trying to sleep to make the time pass faster.

i'm flying on wednesday form buffalo new york to los angeles with a connecting flight in chicago.
i MAY watch a movie between chicago and los angeles but then again i may NOT since that is a 4 hour flight and i would have to watch 2 movies to pass the time and during the movies i may be thinking to myself how much longer instead of focusing on the movies.

in your opinion and with the info i just gave do you think i should bring the dvd player or not?

I would. I'm flying out tomorrow and I'm bringing my laptop so I can watch movies. It's good for when you can't fall asleep and waiting time between flights. If you don't use it for the flight, you can use it during your trip as well.
