Samsung Monte asking for PUK Code!?

My Samsung Monte phone is asking for a PUK Code because i tried multiple attempts to put the PIN Code in my Mobile! Its locked now and restarting isn't doing anything and also as i have read in other threads i have to call the customer care of the Sim Card i am Owning but how can i? because my phone is locked and my Sim is of Aircel and the only other Sim i have is of Airtel! Can someone please help me? And also is there any hack or crack to bypass this? Please help ASAP!
