I have been having a runny/stuffy nose for a week now, and woke up this morning with a really bad sore throat only on the right side. My tonsils are huge. I looked in the mirror and I have multiple white spots all over my right tonsil, but my left tonsil is fine, just a little swollen. I have never had this happen before. Should I make a trip down to the minute clinic? I have no idea what this is. does it sound like strep or something else? Thanks.
