hello everyone i have this problem that my PC does not recognize my CD/DVD-Rom Drive i tried so many things i find online and nothing worked,here are the things i tried to do
1-buy a new CD/DVD-Rom
2-check the registry upper and lower filter (they did not exist)
3-download the driver online (it said i do not have the minimum requirements)
4-go to manage in the my computer (right click my computer and click manage)
5-i tried to go to the Device manager but it was not there
6-i went to my computer and there was only the floppy disk drive at the Devices and Removable Storage
can anyone please help me?
Note: this problem happened when i changed from windows XP SP 2 to windows 7 Ultimate
