My Chevy Express Van is very sluggish right after it starts up.?

I have a 97 Chevy Express with 112k miles. It just started running very sluggish right after it starts up. I mean that I depress the gas and it starts going but almost immediately it feels as if the engine is not getting gas as I depress the gas and the van hesitates, finally it shifts into gear moderately roughly then hesitates again until it shifts again. After that, it runs fine. I don't know if it's in the transmission or fuel or electrical system. I just changed the plugs and wires about 3 weeks before this started happening.

change the air filter, replace the plugs, wires, cap and rotor, and add fuel injector cleaner.

Okay, check your ignition rotor, your fuel filter and pump. It sounds like a spark issue, so do the distributor cap, gap the plugs properly, change the ignition rotor, test the battery etc.
