Lisa Germano's Lullaby For Liquid Pig came out in 2003, and it was one of that year's most haunting albums; its minimalist beauty was only enhanced by Germano's wavering vocals. It got a lot of play on this Idolator's stereo, but like so many other records that have achieved that claim to "fame" it fell out of print shortly after it was released. An expanded version of Lullaby, with about an hour's worth of demos and live tracks, is now out on Michael Gira's Young God label, and we're hoping that posting this track from the original album will only be the first of many deserved elbo.ws mentions of the reissue:
