Jeep with leaky roof!!!?

I drive a 92 Jeep Cherokee Laredo. Its leaking water from the roof. These are the two locations: front of the roof liner just to left of the rear view mirror. The back of the roof liner also on the left side (driver side of the car). The leak on the front doesn't drip it just saturates the roof liner. And the leak on the back drips into the cargo area as well as saturating the roof liner. What I want to know is: Does any one have any suggestions as to where the leaks are starting and does anyone know if the leaks are connected in some way?

PS I have checked all the weather stripping on the doors and they are all in great shape. Please help rain is projected for the rest of the week!
