I've heard that if you wax your legs for a long time your hair will go so thin that it won't grow anymore. I have been waxing by the way I've waxed about 4 times and I sorta hope this is true but can you tell me if it's not. Oh and also does it make your hair lighter, because I've shaved my legs once and it made my leg hair darker and I'm wondering if it'll make it lighter as well!
