Is there a program that doesn't compress MKV files when burning to a dvd?

I'm looking for software that will allow me to convert and burn to dvd MKV multiple files.
I want to burn three or four 1.5gb or so episodes of a tv program to keep. I also want a menu so I have the choice of playing episode three if I want instead of having to press play and then fast forwards until I get to the episode I want.

I normally use convertXtoDVD, and it does everything I want, except it compresses the MKV file down to about a fifth of what it should be.
