Is there a difference between cigars and cigarettes?

I used to smoke only sweet flavored (chocolate dreams) cigarettes. Now that they are banned in the United States, I tried a Prime Time Mini Cigar that was filtered in vanilla.
I was curious if I inhale these filtered cigars, are they more dangerous than inhaling cigarettes?

I used to smoke clove cigarettes - they were banned too. I've started smoking their replacements - clove cigars. In this case, the wrap is different - a little more harsh. Because they are filtered cigars, I don't think they are much worse for you than cigarettes - they just don't taste quite as good.
